High Speed Super Cutter AC R Series
Description:
- Ultra high speed cutting operation never achieved before! In pursuit of faster and higher accuracy die cutting operation, AKEBONO has achieved ultra high-speed operation of 260 shots per minute (AC-600R, L)
- Flexible, multi-mode die cutting as required. Single blade through cutting as well as kiss-cutting, or an combination of through and kiss-cutting can be programmed in a single operation. Further, a Thompson blade die can also be installed.
- Rack and pinion drive table. Improved and stable feeding accuracy with all kinds of materials realizes further improvement of yield ratio compared to the roller feeding mechanism.

High Speed Super Cutter AC L Series
Description:
- Drastic processing speed increase. Ultra high speed operation has been achieved. Further achieved, with high accuracy AC series Type L, is not limited to the increase of die cutting operation speed and also the total operational speed and productivity.
- High precision table feed mechanism to improve the total productivity. NC Servo motor drive with a high precision ball screw has achieved superior material feeding accuracy, pitch feed accuracy not exceeding +/- 0.015mm.
