Description:

Direct servo drive mechanism has made it possible to freely adjust the pressing position, pressing time and stroke setting and achieved the die cutTting operation of new, difficult-to-work materials as well as the other various meterials and applications.
- Reduction of make ready time. The make ready (machine set up) time has been drastically reduced as 3 operating conditions, die cutting speed, feed speed and bottom dead center adjustment are programmed indepedently and can be adjusted separately.
- A variety of die cutting processes has become possible by the use of dwelling function at bottom dead center.
- Max. 200 shots per minute. High precision, high speed die cutting operation on MP-250SL
- Table height is operator-friendly 800mm on MP-250SL. Clean room requirements can be satisfied.
